Cancellation Policy

At Pure Wax & Beauty, we recognize that unexpected events may require you to change your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. For changes made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows, a 50% service fee will be charged. To rebook after cancelling under the 48-hour window, you must first pay the applicable fee. Rebooking will not be possible without settling this charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and thank you for helping us maintain a smooth appointment process.
